The project presented here is the wildlife book for the class of Elements of Graphic Design. The project was about capturing the elements of the Summer Star Wildlife Sanctuary and its importance. This project was for the owner of the Sanctuary Shalin Liu who worked with our class to create a book for the sanctuary every year. My role in this project was to create a page for the book, and have it feature images that represent the sanctuary and my own experience of exploring the wildlife sanctuary. My strategy for this project was to take as many photos as I could during our field trip to the sanctuary and after reviewing them all to see which ones really incorporated the meaning of this sanctuary. The main theme Professor Vlahos and Shalin Liu wanted us to all understand about the sanctuary was about how this sanctuary protected the wildlife and the importance of this land being untouched by human society. This sanctuary means more than just protecting wildlife but how nature blossoms and provides for the world not just humans but the animals too.
